Assign roles, systems, timing and decisions to your overview and you will have an "As-Is" blueprint of your business processes. 2) The As-Is blueprint provides a baseline for you to document specific changes. Improve on purpose! Identify key measurements of success for necessary process and/or technology improvements. 3) Inject the intended improvements and analyze the results in your "To-Be" blueprint. Implement your new blueprint in a strategic way to fuel and track your growth. But don't stop there! 4) Implement a change control process to ensure that your processes and all necessary documentation stay up to date.
